Miriam credits her design aesthetics and vivid ambition to her spanish-roots, and her pragmatic thinking to her Swiss education and upbringing.
Her vast portfolio of works since founding STUDIOFORMA in 2002 with Alex Leuzinger, spans contemporary and classical architecture, retail, interior and furniture design.
Her architectural integrity derives from the Modernism genre and the leaders of the “California Case Study House Programm” such as Richard Neutra, Pierre König, Charles and Ray Eames.
Miriam shares her expertise in engineering and critical view on architectural design in the urban realm, by acting as jury member, giving tutorials and releasing editorial works.
She was the former president of Zurich City Lions Club and still is an active club member.
Miriam patrons the Tibetian Children Organisation.
