We are an independent company
Burckhardt+Partner AG is a stock corporation with shares held by about 50 members of the management staff. The body of shareholders is made up of partners, associate partners and associates. Maximum share quotas, competencies and responsibilities are stipulated in the corporate statutes. Regardless of the corporation’s federal structure the constituent offices do not act as independent profit centers. The entrepreneurial responsibility – as well as a share in the commercial success – reside with all the partners and staff incorporated in the partnership system.
