The Zurich branches at Klusplatz and Kloten now greet their customers with a new “Look & Feel”. Retailpartners made the brand values “personally, competently, responsibly” tangible and visible. The aim was to optimise the customer service at all points of interaction between the customers and the branch employees. The ambience in the renovated branches reflects ZKB’s promise of quality, it is Swiss modern in functionality and quality, and unique with its atypical design for banks. The exquisite natural materials come from the Zurich region and underline the brand promise of the “nearby bank”.
