Cooperation with Nicola Losinger and Andrea Wolfer

This new development is situated on the edge of a slope overlooking Lake Zurich in Kilchberg. The attractive view across the Alps and the lake as well as the surrounding meadows and fruit trees are the determining factors behind the different floor plans of the apartments with their views, patios and balconies. The owner's penthouse apartment and the four other apartments are organised in open rooms and corridors that flow into each other. This allows light and air to flow deep inside the building.
