L’espace Tourbillon propose 5 bâtiments comptant 7 niveaux hors-sol et 3 niveaux de sous-sol destinés aux secteurs secondaire et tertiaire, et reliés à une gare logistique souterraine. Dans le but de s’adapter aux différents besoins des futurs usagers, l’ensemble des espaces a été conçu dans l’optique d’une flexibilité maximum. La conception de la structure, réalisée en béton armé, s’est ainsi focalisée sur une grande rationalité et sur la rapidité d’exécution.
