After several years abroad, a young family has settled down with the acquisition of a terraced house in Kloten. The building from the 1980s was technically in good condition but needed a gentle renovation of the interior.

In addition to replacing all the floor coverings and surfaces as well as renovating the bathrooms with high-quality sanitary fittings and fixtures, the focus was on creating a spacious living area on the ground floor. An open kitchen with a kitchen island seamlessly connects the areas and creates an inviting atmosphere in which cooking becomes a social experience. The colour concept with light grey tones and oak parquet floors is used throughout the house and creates a calm and elegant atmosphere as a backdrop for the colourful life of a young family. The concrete covers in the kitchen and by the fireplace provide a striking yet well-balanced accent.
