Marmite is the oldest swiss gourmet magazine and now you cannot just read it but live it. The food lab is a platform where scientists and professional food lovers can exchange their ideas and tastes. Thus, the food laboratory is an event location with certain offers for discerning Foodies. It is also a show room for the high-end kitchen equipment of the generation “Grand Cuisine”, by Electrolux Switzerland AG.
