A circulation spine connects four cubic volumes into an overall design, which is embedded into the slope at an angle.

The L-shaped building is situated at the edge of the building line, creating a beneficial separation between the public area and the more intimate therapy park.

The individual units are arranged radially around a central living area. The functions overlap and create a homely atmosphere.
